Through experience, we know that our clients are more likely to achieve their wellness and movement goals when they intentionally train and nurture the multiple factors that contribute to physical well-being. To that end, we offer a careful selection of high-quality small-group classes each week that complement and support each other. Classes are delivered by highly trained, supportive instructors and are open to all practitioners, regardless of experience.

A weekly movement class inspired by Fighting Monkey Practice. Uncover your potential with a wide variety of movement tasks, tools, games and situations that test and expand your strength, coordination, adaptability, and learning strategies. Reclaim failure as information and find creative solutions to challenges. Fighting Monkey: FM practice is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through a deep study of cross-motion analysis, and with the aim of understanding principles of human movement, communication, and the aging process.
