Dana John Heimbecker is an international educator through Functional Anatomy Seminars. He has been involved in the study of human movement throughout his life. He was exposed to Martial Arts at a young age, which later lead to a NCAA Division 1 soccer scholarship at Marshall University where he obtained a B. A. in Sports Management. Following Marshall University, Dana’s training continued in Europe where he pursued a professional soccer career. Playing at a professional level gave him the advantage when pursuing a career as a Strength and Conditioning Educator because not only did he have extensive knowledge in the area but he had personal experience to provide to students as well.
Dana currently resides in Niagara Falls, Ontario where he trains youth and professional athletes. He helps them become stronger, more mobile and overall better movers. He holds different certifications from NSCA, MovNat, Yandara Yoga, and USA Weightlifting. With his diverse and growing qualifications, especially through his role as an FRC and Kinstretch instructor, he provides a unique and disciplined approach to all his students. He is also co-founder of Flow Within Training alongside his fiancé Kristina Marie Antidormi. Together they provide the movement sector a scientific approach to mindfulness, mobility and strength development. His data base of knowledge is continuously growing in all areas of health and wellness adding to his distinctiveness as an educator.
