We offer a holistic approach to practice at Spirit Loft, embracing the many practices of yoga and embodied movement as branches on the same tree of health, connection and compassion. Our dedicated teachers and trainers are highly trained, live their practice and put their whole hearts into supporting your path towards greater wellness and health.

Where Should I Start?

We offer highly skilled one on one instruction and group class programming. Group classes offer a great way to experience practice in community.
