Cindy began practicing Iyengar yoga in 1998. Her respect for the depth and thoroughness of this method of Hath yoga led her to train as an Iyengar yoga teacher, and she began teaching in 2005. Cindy continues to be inspired by leading Iyengar teachers in Canada and from the source during her trips to India to study with the Iyengar family. Cindy is energetic, caring about students’ needs, and compassionate in her teaching style. She holds Jr. Intermediate II certification.
