John’s passion lies helping others live their best lives in body, mind, and spirit. He worked in the corporate world for many years, feeling lost and experiencing bouts of depression. Yoga, embodied movement, and meditation have been integral to his wellness journey, and he is inspired to share these tools with others. John completed his yoga training in Vinyasa and Hatha styles through YogaSpace in Toronto, he is a certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher, and is a student of Spirit Loft’s Embodied Arts Teacher Training program. As a college educator, John teaches wellness and health promotion, enabling him to provide a safe, welcoming, and integrative experience for his students. His additional background and experience are in personal training, life and wellness coaching, Reiki and teaching meditation.
