Lisa is a certified Vinyasa and prenatal yoga instructor (E-RYT 200, RYT 500). She has been practicing since 2001, and has experienced first hand the transformational properties that arise from developing a consistent practice. In 2008, Lisa trained with Frog Lotus International in Costa Rica and then again in Mexico (2010) and India (2011), and she has also had the opportunity to study with luminaries who inspire her teaching and practice such as Shiva Rea, Seane Corn and Eoin Finn. Her classes are synthesized from the different paths of yoga that move her such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Prana Flow, Anusara and Kundalini. Her goal is to use the power of asana (posture) to guide others in overcoming their perceived limitations and boundaries in playful, powerful and prayerful ways. Lisa lives in the Beach (a proud East Ender!) and enjoys SUPing on the lake, sandy walks with her dogs, and traveling with her family.
