Class Schedule

Our diverse group classes programming is structured to help you build an intelligent, balanced and sustainable practice. We categorize all of our classes into three groups:

REFINE – practices to learn, revisit & fine tune yoga practice
MOVE – vigorous yoga or movement based practice to increase mobility, strength & coordination
RESTORE– meditative, therapeutic & restorative practices to cultivate mindfulness, healing & renewal

To develop a consistent and balanced practice, we highly encourage you to attend at least one class in each category each week. Most classes on our schedule are suitable for all levels. Level 1-2 and Level 2 classes introduce intermediate level practice and are not suitable for beginners. .
