Our diverse group classes programming is structured to help you build an intelligent, balanced and sustainable practice. Learn more about our group class approach here. Most classes on our schedule are suitable for all levels. Level 1-2 and Level 2 classes introduce intermediate level practice and are not suitable for beginners.
New practitioners may want to refine foundational practices such as Yoga Fundamentals, Mat Pilates and Movement for Life classes before proceeding to more dynamic classes such as Flow, Dig & Flow and Movement Lab classes. We recommend that all Spirit Loft practitioners include meditative, therapeutic and restorative practices in their schedule to cultivate mindfulness, healing and renewal. These classes include Mindfulness Meditation, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation classes.
