Mindfulness Meditation

online meditation group

You’re invited to join our online meditation and study group on Saturdays at 9:00 am (Toronto time) via Zoom. Each 75-minute session includes a 30-minute guided meditation, a dharma talk, and space for reflective group sharing and dialogue. Session recordings are provided to all registrants.

Together, we explore how mindfulness practice and awareness, the Buddha’s teachings, and the inner cultivation of wisdom and compassion can help us navigate life’s difficulties and joys with steadiness, curiosity, and care.

This group is open to all—whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, and whether your orientation is spiritual, religious, or secular. Our intention is to create a supportive and welcoming space for genuine inquiry and connection.

Schedule:

Saturdays from 9 am – 10:15 am ET.
Participants can attend sessions livestream and/or via the recordings.

Weekly sessions include guided meditation, short talk, group dialogue and supportive resources.

Fee: $45+HST/month.

To support continuity and depth, participation involves a minimum commitment of four consecutive weeks. A monthly membership option is also available.

About the Facilitators:

Meditation and dharma talks are led by zen naturalism facilitator and Registered Psychotherapist Andre Talbot, with group discussion and sharing co-facilitated by studio co-director and teacher Catalina Moraga.
