Movement Lab is designed for those who want more than just exercise.
Each month, we explore a focused movement theme in depth — building strength, coordination, mobility, and adaptability layer by layer. Sessions are progressive and intentional, designed for learning and development.
Informed, intentional physical practice.
We integrate multiple movement disciplines within a coherent, embodied framework. The result is a practice that develops capacity and understanding.
Movement Lab is for people who want to know and explore how their bodies move in the world.

What Class Should I Join?
Movement Lab: Strength & Skill – a class to develop your stability, strength and movement skill through the lens of strength training and athletic development.
- Tuesdays at 5:30 pm with Andre (Starts March 3)
- Thursdays at 6:30 pm with Catalina
Movement Lab: Inspire by FM – a playful, invigorating movement class that trains adaptability, coordination, rhythm and resilience through games, improvisation, and partner work through the lens of Fighting Monkey Practice. Explore the joy of challenging yourself in novel and creative ways.
- Saturdays at 11 am with Andre. & Catalina
Life-long Movement Lab – a class to build strength, mobility, balance and confidence as you engage actively with how you are aging.
- Mondays at 9:30 am with Catalina
- Wednesday at 9:30 am with Catalina
Pricing
Single classes $30 + HST
4 class pack $100 + HST (90 day expiry)
10 class pack $200 + HST (90 day expiry)
Membership (autopay) $150 + HST/month
