Programs & special events 

Programs consist of a series of focused sessions that are progressive in nature running typically over several weeks. Each session builds on the previous one to provide continuity and grow both skill and understanding.

Special events give participants a chance for focused exploration for anywhere from a few hours to a full weekend.

101 Series

Expand your skill set, proficiency, and technique. Our 101 Series of in-studio training programs offers a progressive approach to fitness, strength, and skill development in a small group environment with ample personal attention from your coach. Supplemental resources help reinforce the learning and support your practice. 101 programs champion foundational and functional human movement patterns using a wide array of training tools. Each cycle offers a different training focus.

Inspire by FM

How do we cope with change, pressure and uncertainty? Meet the challenges of movement and life with increased responsiveness and creativity by engaging in a variety of movement situations, observation, improvisation, and play grounded in FM practice, principles and philosophy. Expect solo, partner, and group training activities that aim to improve body awareness with ourselves and in relationship with others and our environment. Improve physical capacity and increase movement confidence, competence, and awareness by engaging actively with how you are aging at any age. Explore a rich and diverse movement program to develop efficiency, athleticism and power potential. radical rest

Slow down, cultivate quiet and give yourself permission to rest. This program offers slow and mindful movements and guided rest drawn from the traditions of Qi Gong, somatics, and Yoga Nidra (rest meditation). Led by Sheila Cullen, founder of Seven Seeds Yoga Nidra, this program integrates Eastern and Western approaches to healing, bridging ancient mysticism and modern neuroscience.
