Studio Rentals
Our practice space is available for movement and wellness events subject to availability.
Studio Details
Size: 1600 sq ft
Features: Exclusive use of practice space, sound system, use of all soft props, mats and meditation cushions. Private washroom and access to building common washrooms.
Please note: kettlebell/weights/hanging bars not available for regular space rentals. If you would like to use them in your rental, please make the request in the booking form. Additional liability insurance will be required.

REGULAR RENTAL RATE
$100/hr +hst
NOT-FOR-PROFIT RATE
$60/hr +hst

How to Rent
1. REQUEST A TIME using the REQUEST BOOKING BUTTON
2. Once rental availability is confirmed we’ll book a studio tour with you to go over space rental rules & procedures.
3. A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement is required to reserve. For rental of 4 hrs or less, the balance is due 14 days before your dates. For rentals of 4 hrs or more, the balance is due 21 days before your dates.
Please provide us with as much detail about your rental as possible so that we can do our best to service all your rental needs and happily book you a studio.
You will be required to disclose the details of your rental including studio use, how many participants, etc. We accept Visa, MC and etransfer or you may come in person and pay cash in advance. Cancellation fees apply. A studio rental agreement must be signed prior to use.
